Membership care, also known as concierge care, is ideal for those who need immediate attention when they have a health concern, including those whose schedule does not allow for long waits, delays in getting appointments, and multiple returns or follow-up visits, and those with chronic health conditions that require focused care.
Membership care is available for patients with insurance as well as those choosing self-pay. If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance for the services and collect your copay as per your insurance contract. For those who need immediate attention when they have a health concern, including those whose schedule does not allow for long waits, delays in getting appointments, and multiple returns or follow-up visits, our membership care offers the convenience of direct care. We offer same-day or next-day appointments, minimal wait time in the office, and an exclusive office phone number so you can bypass the automated answering service and immediately reach a staff member when you call. You’ll also have access to Dr. Ojha directly by private cell phone, SMS, or email.
Longer, more relaxed appointments mean you never feel rushed. Take the time you need to explore your health concerns and discuss treatment options or new therapies. This level of care avoids unnecessary referrals and testing – and the delays, run-around, and emotional and financial burden that goes with them.
Traditional primary care doctors are given just 15-20 minutes to review your medical history, provide an examination, make a diagnosis, prescribe a treatment, and document the visit on the computer. This turns doctors into referral machines because there’s no time to thoroughly listen, evaluate, discuss options, and treat you. This doesn’t have to be your healthcare experience! A well-trained primary care doctor can handle 80 percent or more of your medical needs when they have the time to get to know you and your health.

Should you need hospitalization, we coordinate your care with the local hospital team and provide prompt after-hospital care, communication and follow-up. Dr. Ojha is affiliated with Reston Hospital Center and Inova Loudoun.

With upfront pricing and discounted medications, labs, and imaging, you can choose when and how to use your insurance coverage and control costs for self-pay. Often, the cost we can offer is lower than the high-deductible costs associated with health insurance. We negotiate the best prices with local providers instead of relying on insurance rates and negotiations. You always have the option of using your insurance when it makes financial sense or when you prefer to do so.
